Admission Procedure

All students desirous of seeking admissions will be required to register themselves by submitting dully filled-in registration form along with the registration fee. Incomplete registration forms will not be processed. Merit is the sole basis of admission. No admission is allowed without the clearance of written test in Hindi, English and Mathematics. Newly admitted student must deposit fee within two days of the display of the selection list failing which chance will be given to the nexst eligible candidate. Mere registration does not guarantee admission. Reservation for weeker section and meritorious students are applicable as per rules.

Criteria for Registration & Admission

Prior Registration is required for Admission. After registration, the child will sit for an entrance test. This is the deciding factor for the child’s admission to this school. For admission to Pre Nursery and Nursery classes, only simple interview will be held. The nature of the interview will be about the general routine of the child and his / her family. Regarding, the admission, the decision will be of the school Principal. The Principal will not be bounded to give any reason for rejection.

Registration Fees

Advance registration made in the school office by filling the prescribed registration form on payment of Rs. 500/-. registration does not guarantee admission.

Age Criteria

  • Pre Nursery—2 Year Plus
  • Nursery—3 Year Plus
  • K.G.—4 Year Plus and soon

Documents Required

  • Date of birth certificate from the municipal corporation or any other competent authority as per the Government rules.
  • Original Transfer Certificate from a school affiliated to the Central Board of secondary education. or
  • Original Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the District
  • Education Officer in respect of students coming from other recognised/un-recognised/private schools.
  • Attested photocopy of the certificate of school-based evaluation in respect of students admitted to class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE or from other boards.
  • Attested photostat copy of marks statement from the board/school for other classes.
  • Original Migration Certificate from Board in respect of the students admitted in classes XI and XII from other boards.
  • Two copies of the Passport size Photographs of the students admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE or from other boards.
  • Class IX registration card issued by the CBSE in respect of students admitted in class X
